Fast service, can not say enough good things about them. Highly recommend
We built our home in 1997. We had Whitmers install the furnace and ac. Recently, we had a home inspector out and he let us know that Whitmers had put a 2 year old system in our brand new home! We have always done business with Whitmers, over the years, such as cleaning the ducts and the systems themselves. The inspector said that a vent Whitmers put in, through the attic, on the roof, needed a new boot. My husband made an appointment, last week for Dave to come out this morning. When he didn’t show up, my husband called. Dave said it was too hot and gave him the run around, never suggesting another day or time. My husband reminded him they were the ones that put the whole system in the house. Dave’s response was, “That was a long time ago.” Dave then proceeded to tell my husband to get somebody else to do the job. Not nice. Will never recommend them to anyone. Do not waste your time and money. Find someone that actually cares and wants to work for you.
