Booking for 10:45 (around 830 9 am same day) she calls and says that she will be at her shop at 11. I was completely fine with it considering it was same day but since the booking was available I took it. She didn’t arrive until 1130 and we didn’t get started until around 12 because she had her puppy she was tending to, stopping to help her assistant, open up shop and she continually stopped in the midst of doing my nails to talk about her personal life. I’m usually very chill about the services, but I also let her know I had to be somewhere at 1pm. I also said I could be a little flexible on time. I had to ask her to stop the services at 130 because I was running entirely too late. She was mostly done but still had to do the designs I requested and the polish wasn’t drying like We’d hoped. The nail polish was runny, I asked for a soak off and she said that I’m better off just shaping the nails, she constantly skinned me and was digging. I love the shape but it was NOTHING like I wanted. I called/text asking for a discount and everything and she never responded. I have a difficult time believing she’s a tech of 5 years. I wish I could’ve gotten better service.

I have been a client of Classy Carla's for over 3 years and I have enjoyed every bit of it! If you want a fun and entertaining atmosphere.. her salon would be it! Aside from her having tv entertainment, she also has nice listening music for you to enjoy, also great conversation as well. Carla has a vibrant personality and you will be guaranteed to get a chuckle or laugh out of her, she's HILARIOUS! And.. if you haven't eaten breakfast or lunch yet her shop is supplied with snacks and drinks for you and other patrons to enjoy at a very reasonable price! Last but not least! Her work speaks for itself! She does the most beautiful nail art and designs! If there is ANYTHING that you are not pleased with in regards to services rendered she will fix it! I believe that there is nothing that she CAN'T DO! Long story short...if you are looking for a reputable nail technician and salon...look no further!! Try out Classy Carla's Creation! I get my nails done very often the services provided were perfect everything is done properly at all times I have no problems with any of the services provided and will continue to get manicures and pedicures . the services provided are done properly and correctly all the time she gives excellent services. Her shop is always clean because I clean it weekly.
