Top Nails

This is my second time coming here and they have given me THREE ingrown toe nails. All of which I’ve had to fix myself but this last time, they really messed it up, might have to go to the doctors if it doesn’t get better. Extremely disappointed as I’ve been recommended this place twice and I don’t know why.

I’ve been getting my nails done on and off 10-12 years...nand I’ve never had a fungus infection before, until today when I got my nails done last week.nNot to mention, the guy refused to let my nails soak when I asked for it. He used the drill to I KID YOU NOT apply pressure and remove the old nail. BURNING THRU MY OLD SET AND BURNING MY NAIL BED to the point where my nature reaction was to pull my hand away from the spontaneous burning pain!nWhen I asked he be more gentle, and not use the drill in such an aggressive manner and let my nails soak off he kept going. And then proceeded to cut me several times with the other drills throughout the process. Several times I repeated that my nails were getting too hot from his constant drilling, instead of intermittent spinning/motions. He also messed the corner of my thumb up, (I did the dip powder) and it required three layers... he tried to only put one layer on, and top coat it. Instead of correcting the issue. He still did not finalize it with a smoothing or buffing feature so the corner was noticeably different. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning nor recommending. Should’ve listened to my friend when they said this is what happened to them.

Rushed and looks really bad. Not friendly.
