Mrs. Billie's Beauty Salon

My sister and I were traveling from Snohomish to Oak Harbor to get our hair cuts done after the quarantine. Phase 2 hadn't opened up yet in our area. Due to traffic we were about a half hour late and Billie still let us keep our appointment. She was so nice to us and gave such amazing customer service. I also really liked how honest she was every time we asked for a professional opinion about our hair. Her prices are also very reasonable. If I lived in the area, I would definitely come back!

Amazing person and stylist. I called every store in town trying to get my hair done for high school graduation no one had an opening except for Mrs. Billie and boy am I glad it turned out this way. Thanks to her I was able to look fabulous on my Covid style graduation. Thank you Miss Billie you have a new customer.
