Bill Spear works with his wife, Elizabeth. He listens, understands needs and focuses on those needs without trying to manipulate towards off focus listings.nHe is thorough, prompt and, above all very trustworthy and personable.I would recommend Bill as a fine agent and person. His honesty is impeccable and gives the 'good, the bad, and ugly' without reservation or self interest. He is an example for others in the Real Estate industry to follow as a mentor...........thank you Bill for being in my life!

One of the best real estate transactions we've experienced by far. Knowledgeable, customer serving, and responsive don't do justice to describing this team. They truly exhibit caring throughout the process and do their best to keep you informed and comfortable. Highest recommendation possible. Without asking they went above and beyond for us. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

I have no experience with real estate and found myself in a difficult situation with an estate. Bill was fantastic, walked me through the process, handled everything in a timely manner. He was very responsive to my many questions, often replying in a matter of minutes. Despite the difficult situation with the estate, Bill made the whole thing much easier to handle. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

I worked with The Liz Spear Team of RE/MAX Elite (mostly with Bill Spear) real estate company as both a buyer and seller. We had been looking for an apartment or condo and answered an ad for a condo in a complex that had been recommended to me, and Bill immediately answered and agreed to take us to see the property the next day. Unfortunately, it had just been sold that day, but Bill recommended that we go in as a back-up buyer and, most fortunately, we were able to complete the sale - all with Bill's guidance. Then we had to sell our house, so we listed it with Bill. He worked tirelessly and professionally to get the get the house listed and marketed, with really fabulous photos on realtor.com. The coronavirus pandemic intervened and it took longer to sell, but with Bill's persistence we finally got an offer. Bill was with us every step of the way, right through to closing, and we could not be happier with how hard he worked for us. I highly recommend Bill and the Liz Spear Team of RE/MAX Elite if you are in the market to buy or sell.

We recently moved to OH from NV to be near our daughter and family. With no idea what we would do for housing, we discovered patio homes, which led us to Bill. To date, we have had two failed deals...one on a new build and one a condo for sale by owner (pricing and structural issues). Bill has always been the most patient, guiding, understanding man through both processes. Response time is always quick, thoughtful answers to questions or issues, great recommendations for inspectors, etc. If we could, we would give him 10 stars. Highly recommend the team!
