Loved my visit today. My stylist was very friendly and helpful. She cut my hair perfectly. Showed me how to fix it too. I recommend them highly. Thank you to my stylist.
I used online check in with this location for myself and I. At first the time was 16 minutes, we arrived five minutes prior to the set time. It changed to a 45 minute wait, annoyed at the situation I returned home until the time was around ten minutes. The time for the wait increased again, so I chose to enter the store and express the situation. It was resolved well. After my son and I were finished we had to leave quickly for an appointment elsewhere that I was running late for. That night I realized that both of our cuts were sloppy, I did not reach back out because I have chose to clean my hands of Great Clips and will never return with my family.
The consultation was very good , I love my haircut and the customer service was excellent, they greeted me very nicely . I am coming back every month to get my haircut
We love this Great Clips!! Everyone is so friendly and always cut hair the way you want it!
Make sure you never let Christine cut your hair. She completely made mine look choppy and cut it way shorter than I had asked, actually ruined the whole hair look. She did my sisters as well and not a single piece is even and looks very choppy too.
