Service with a smile. I have used Les Maggard and Michele Booth on numerous occasions as a buyer and seller. They are attentive to my needs and thoroughly versed in real estate transactions. Highly recommended!

We had a property listed for sale with another agent and Tony Pope brought a buyer to the table. He personally vouched for this buyer, so we turned other prospective lookers away and entered a contract. After 2 1/2 months of false information, extended closing dates and absolutely no follow up from either Tony or Marilyn Haber, broker, we would no longer sign another extension. It was obvious that the buyer could not secure a loan even after Tony Pope vouched for him and said he could. We had spoken with Marilyn Haber about our situation and she assured us she would look into it and call us back. She failed to do so. Not only were we extremely disappointed by the lack of follow up and unprofessionalism, but when it came to the earnest money, we were denied receiving it. We were held up for 2 1/2 months, we should have been compensated. We have given this agent and broker ample time to contact us and apologize for their misguiding, but they have not. Therefore, if you are selling or buying a property we caution you in using this agent or broker. What they tell you may not be factual and you may be led down a dead end.

When asked to see a house before we was preapproved they seemed like it was a big deal just wanted to check out and see if it was the place before us
