Upon reading some of these reviews, I am amazed at the issues some people have had. We have been renting from Pathfinder for about 3 years now. This is the first property management company that we have rented from and have been more than satisfied with. Chris showed us 2 or 3 properties and was very professional with us. Beverly is the person we normally have the most contact with and she has always been professional and very helpful! The only thing I would change is that they don't have weekend maintenance..not even for emergencies. We had to pay for an unexpected plumbing issue that occurred on a weekend, one that was not caused by us, however, when we showed them the receipt and what the cause was, we were reimbursed. They have always been prompt and respectful of our privacy in regard to maintenance issues. There have only been 2 exceptions to the prompt response of a couple things, however Beverly explained what was going on and kept us updated on the progress of those 2 issues. All in all, we are more than satisfied with Pathfinder and will continue to rent from them!

We have been renting from Pathfinder for a few years. They are fantastic. They were amazing through the pandemic. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had some service issues with my house and they addressed them promptly. Even when I've been upset they stayed professional and very attentive to my issue. I'm a happy tenant and love my house. Thank you ud83dude0a

I have been a tent for almost 5 years.I have been vary satisfied with all my experience with pathfinder ,I would recommend them to anyone. Get a private house for little more than you would pay for a decent apartment

Not impressed with the quality of their tenants, especially since they have so many bad ones in my neighborhood. That's probably why they don't answer their phones... leave a message. What ever slum lords.
