From what I’ve been told the first owner/manager didn’t plan on renting and wasn’t prepared/good at it. But my husband and I love living here now and City Center Properties is great! The only negative thing I’ve found is that the ceilings/floors are super easy to hear through. So no next door neighbor noise, but definitely upstairs neighbor noise! (As in I know what they’re watching on tv... ud83dudc40) But we can live with that, so we’re fine! ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

really cool studios with an extra space above. Great kitches and general open floor plan w huge windows that let in great natural light. Unfortunately the ceiling is too low to truly take advantage of the semi second floor and the neighborhood doesnt seem to be the best

Their staff is quick to respond and extremely friendly! Their maintenance staff take each problem seriously and are quick to respond and clean up after themselves. The best part for me is enclosed parking spot, the price, and just a short walk or drive between campus and Northside.

Apartments are nice but expensive. Windows still don't close on my apartment after more than a year. Rents are raised at every opportunity. The garage is filthy. It hasn't been properly cleaned in years. There is a film of soot that makes it's way into everyone's apartment. Frequent turnover. There's consistently​ been 3-4 vacancies on my floor alone, and still they see fit to raise rent 50 bucks (600 a year) when I've been a good tenant. They seem to be aiming for 4-8 vacancies. Three stars was generous.
