Do NOT MOVE HERE! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Currently a water piped busted on a Friday night. They had to cut the water off for 9 buildings. Told us to use a bathroom by the pool. Wait a minute, you want residents to use the same restroom during a Pandemic!! I don’t think so. So let’s move on to the following day, still no water. I was at work, kept calling home to see if the plumber was there to fix the problem. I leave work that Saturday at 4 in the afternoon, get home and the water is still off. It was almost 24 hours with no water. How is this possible? And the plumber was not on site. Really!? Around 5, I had to do something and take my family to a hotel. I saved my receipt. Finally around 9pm that night the water is on but no one, I repeat no one gave update as to when the problem would be fix and for how long. We never got notice that the water was turned back on. When I brought the receipt to office which they will not open because of COVID, so I emailed instead, said that they will not pay for it because I did not need to get a hotel room. They provided a restroom and a water hose to get water. Crazy!!!

I helped move my best friend in here last month. He has had nothing but good things to say. They cover some of your utilities and the neighbors are nice and quiet. Plenty of parking even for guests but not any assigned parking spaces in their lot.

First of all Lived there for 2 years with no complaints! Great place for a small family. I recently accidentally mailed a package to my apartment which I no longer live in I called west hills and the lady was very nice she Walked over to my old apartment got my package safely and brought it to the office until I was able to get it. VERY KIND

The front office is nice and as responsive as they can be to complaints, but I have had a window leak since January and they are trying their hardest to not replace it. Very frustrating. The community was quiet until we got new neighbors who are very very noisy

In my two years here I have had mice, gnats, and crickets in my third floor apartment....there are cracks in my walls that they clearly tried to paint over and hide.nI pay too much in rent for this place. I cannot wait to get out of here.
