Pressure u to pay up front everything tell u its move in ready, and its not didnt fix anything didnt paint and didnt clean!! The place had dead roaches everywhere! Not good business! Houses are dumps not taking care of period, want rent doubble what they worth! Stay away people stay away!

Hard to deal with. Pressured into paying to apply before they would even show me the place. Only uses businesses that charge you extra fees to pay rent, and tries to push you around when you complain. Avoid doing business with them. If they think you don't have money, they will absolutely push you around.

Rented a property here for 1495 a month,, paid first last and security also a pet deposit. they didn't even have a washer or dryer and parts of the home hadn't even been finished being painted. They rented it with preexisting issues and i was told that all.would be taken care of. Microwave was 10 inches from stove, (not in compliance)melted completely . 5 blinds missing had to buy my own and never reimbursed, rotting walls and roof leaks due to internal water damage that was simply painted over in a pathetic attempt to hurry up and rent it out, paint specs on the floor and 1000s of lbs of chopped wood never picked up from the yard. A bathtub that i had to tape to drain out due to no prior inspection on behalf of the management Nevertheless I served out the term of the lease. Upon completely leaving the home empty and clean they charged over 1700 from my deposit for supposed (fees) including the bathtub and supposed (personal furniture hauling) could have literally just left the place trashed! They also charged 750 for my dog alone. You won't get your deposit back. All prexisting conditions will be blamed on you. Pick another place. These people are completely dishonest and will swindle you.

BEWARE!! I can not speak on behalf of purchasing a home as I purchased a home through another realtor but as a landlord, Bonnie Overbeck and her staff are very unprofessional. I decided to rent a house for a year before purchasing and the experience with this company was horrible, actually my worst ever renting experience and to be quite honest I rented through section 8 housing for over 8 years and never had the type of problems as I had with this company when renting with public housing. My first week in, I found out the house had an ant and mice infestation. When told about the infestation Bonnie just had a Maintence man come lay down glue traps and her office staff said the ant were my problem. Then 1 month into living on the property my 2 year old child gets her toe jammed in the uneven gapped floor board, then a bird flies in through the damage fire place. Also before moving in I was told that the fire place was fully operational and once she had my deposit and first months rent, I was told that it was purely decorative!!! THEN, about 2 months later the ceiling in the living room starts poring with water to the point of having to move my brand new furniture out of the way and had to have buckets for days in the living room. I had to send pictures of proof and it took a week for Bonnie Overbeck to send someone out to fix it. She even had the nerve to say just give us a little time, until I informed her that if the ceiling was not fixed in a timely fashion then rent needed to be prorated. She then responded with more hast once money was brought up. I wish this was the end but NO! The worst of the worst was the sewage smell at 8505 Linderwood lane. The washer hook up was over flowing so a plumber came out and basically rigged the system. So every time the sink it the kitchen was ran the whole house smelled like someone took a huge poop on the floor. At this point I was in the home buying process and just decided to cover the smell with candles and automatic sprays. I have pictures and emails that are just sad, that year living there was hell. To add insult to injury once I moved out, they had the nerve to send me a deep cleaning bill!! All of these problems occurred in less than one year. I would stay far away from them if you are deciding to rent. I have seen subsidized project housing better maintained than this and that speaks volumes!!
