I have made an appointment at 10 AM for a S&S and pedicure I said up there after I signed in at my appointment time for at least 30 to 45 minutes and nobody waited on me I explain to the gentleman that I will come back at a different time in the afternoon if it would be better he said yes so we rescheduled for a 2 o’clock appointment when I got there they took me back to the pedicure chair put me in a chair feet of water no jets were on water was getting cold So I was basically sitting there with my feet soaking in water and no one came to start my service. I finally got up told him I was leaving explain to him that I have been there multiple times to today to have my service is completed I just don’t understand why are you make an appointment if you’re not going to live by the appointment times I understand that he gets busy but that is not a way to run a business

The girl that did mine wasn't very friendly. But what bothered me was the fact that she got up in the middle of taking mine off to do a manicure for someone else. Didn't even say anything. Could have asked if okay since she knew that I was taken last and was with a group of 5 who were taken well before me and then had to wait 30 minutes for me to get done. She literally didn't ask me if ok. I have had sns for years and know that you have to wash your hands before finishing them and she never did. She came off as clients aren't important and just wants to get as many people she can for money

Second time I called and made an appointment then sat for over 30min before I was serviced. Terrible that they make you an appointment then can’t honor the time.
