I had a pipe bust and a faucet that wasn’t working. I called my home warranty to get the busted pipe fixed and they included fixing the faucet. I’m not a handyman by any means so I didn’t know what to do.nMike did an amazing job and explained in detail what needed to be done. He even showed me what he was doing so I had a better understanding. I’m thankful the home warranty uses Wind Bender and even more thankful Mike was the technician. If I ever need any plumbing work done, I’ll be using Wind Bender and requesting Mike. He’s down to earth, nice, and professional. It was a great experience.

I used my American Home Shield Home Warranty to repair a pipe that started leaking under the house. The warranty company found Wind Bender, who was able to come out exceptionally quick to get my water back on. The representative that called to confirm my service appointment was understanding, informative and gave a great impression of the company. Mike did an amazing job identifying and completing the repair, and was very informative during the process. He was very professional and down to earth, answering any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Wind Bender and Mike, and they will be my preferred contractor for any plumbing or HVAC needs in the future.

I really enjoyed working with this company. Mike called prior to arrival, he arrived at the exact time that he stated he would. I had two toilets replaced and one repaired, Mike worked quickly and effectively. Once everything was completed everything was left as clean and neat as it was prior to the repairs. I will definitely use Wind Bender Mechanical again.

Mike, from Wind Bender Mechanical, arrived on time at my home with a mask and shoe coverings on. I truly appreciated this with the pandemic going on. Mike was professional and very pleasant. He assessed the water heater and repaired it. He explained to me the problem prior to fixing it and waited till it was properly operating before he left. Mike also instructed me on what to watch for should there be a problem in the future. I appreciated this as I'm not that familiar with the operation of this type of equipment. I definitely will use Wind Bender in the future.

We had a different company repair a toilet last year. Turns out the wax ring was installed incorrectly. Mike was great about coming out on time and called right before he came. Finished the work in about 20 min. Communicated well.
