This place is not the place to go . they messed up my kids hair. I could have done better.
I took my son yesterday for a cut and it’s so bad that he doesn’t want to go to school. I’ve never seen such a bad cut from a so called professional in my life. I’ll never go back.
The manger is very rude I feel she shouldn't be managing anything unless you have people skills which she lacks. Won't return!!!
The manager and staff are always friendly and always give great haircuts and color! Kimberly does my color and she has never disappointed me she’s always so friendly and caring and my hair always comes out looking terrific. The shop is always clean and the prices are always lower than expected. Thank you for the great service at your shop.
Called ahead to see how they were doing things by appt or walk in .during this COVID .. she said they are just having people call when they get in the parking lot! That there last appt they take is 5:30 ... I called when I got in the parking lot at 5:30 after driving 30 minutes to get there! And while on phone with fantastic sams the time turns 5:31 and she will not take my son in to cut his hair!! I said it literally just turned 5:31 still they had no care in the world and turned us away! Very rude!!! Will not go back there!!!
