I’ve been trying to call this company regarding a rental for 2 days now. No call back, no email. I’ve called 3 times each day all hours smh. They have 4 different numbers on various websites all go to voicemail.

Management does not fulfill obligations. Good luck getting issues deal with, including plowing snow in their lots. No return calls. Completely ignored.

I called and set up a showing of the property, and no one ever showed up. I went to the office during business hours building was lit up no one was there. I also let 2 voice-mail to which one one ever turned my calls.

Wouldn't rent to me because of my past evictions despite the evictions being dismissed. That's like being found not guilty of murder and then being treated like you committed the crime......unless you're OJ. Then that's a fair assessment.

I have rented one of their properties unfortunately for many years now. They never respond to any requests or complaints. They avoid making any repairs and maintenance at all cost. I will NEVER recommend them. They need a rude awakening that as someone who owns a property or many properties. they have responsibilities and obligations just as much as the tenants do. I so glad to be moving after the semester is over. Its disappointing to know they are just as irresponsible as most of their residents.
