Took $150.00 deposit advertising that they had vacancies. After receiving the funds, they indicated that there were no vacancies. Four weeks later I'm still waiting to be credited the funds back. They do not answer calls, emails, nor return them. Wonder how many others deposits they are collecting and not returning.

Would definitely not recommend. They do not care about any issues with the apartments. They just want the money from you and will do a quick fix on the things for the next person to move in.

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star. I've had a leak under the window for over 1 year. Keep being told we fixed it. It's not been fixed because every time it rains the carpet is soaked. I'm positive that there is mold under the carpet and in the wall. Anytime something needs fixed it takes forever. My lease isn't up until December but why would I stay somewhere when it's a hazard to my health as well as my dogs health. Too many promises made but none kept. I will not recommend Creekbend or Hiddencreek to nobody

Originally I liked living here, but now I wish I could move out asap. Office staff RARELY responds to voice-mails regarding emergency maintenance and concerns regarding rent, do not even document emergency maintenance voicemails, leave the office early, and incorrectly document complaints when they are made in the office. I have had my garbage disposal broken for over a month. This issue leads to that side of the sink and sometimes the other overflowing and leaks into my dishwasher which won't drain then leading to stagnant water that wreaks. Office staff said it would be fixed within 2 days on 12/20/20 after almost 2 weeks of the emergency complaint being called in. I have seen a plumbing company in the lot multiple times, but yet to have to see any sign of their presence in my own apartment.

They used to be great but now we can't even get them to answer the phone. Nor will they complete maintenance requests. I've had mold in my closet from the hot water tank leaking for at least 4 months. They still have yet to fix the leak and the mold is just getting worse.
