It's a place to live. Loud residents. The residents will you did it back if you tell the owner. Assigned parking spots when the residents use them it doesn't matter what you do. The owner eviction filed everyone, and they paid the rent on time. Make sure you PAY 'black' out, and you aren't black. Have sister RICO move in. About twenty people in the area this with the same price with free internet. Washer and dryer they will tell you have one you don't. Central AC, and free internet. You have to have a key to enter the apartments. Watch out for folks trying to enter.

While most of the units are nice, up to date, and kept up nicely.... The maintenance workers are like a bunch of H.S. girls constantly going at with each other, gossip.... just DRAMA.... & the owner is always trying to dig to get personal info on tenants- just nosey and very opinionated.
