I have been living here for 3 years now, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment. The apartment is great. The neighborhood around here is really quiet and clean. The maintenance is always done fast and right from the first time. Parking is easily found in front of my apartment all the time.

We have live in a remodel townhouse for 5+yrs.. the office staff and maintenance are very responsive and friendly. The complex is quiet. The grounds are clean and well maintained. They have raffles and contests for the residents. I would highly recommend living here.

I have lived here now for over a year, and the staff has always been amazing! Specifically, Lucy is always very responsive and professional. I’ve always felt very valued as a resident and that means a lot! If you are looking for an affordable and safe place to live, Carriage Lane is it!

I have lived here since this past summer. With the pandemic going on and looking for a place to move was very difficult during this time. Carriage Lane staff made it so easy for me and fast with such a short notice as well. Its so quiet here in the community and the neighbors are great. I have had no issues with the office staff or community. Maintenance is also quick when it comes to emergency needs and so friendly. Great Place to live!

Have lived here for 10 years. It's a clean and friendly community. Lucy does a great job keeping things running smoothly. Maintenance is great at repairs and snow removal etc. Very happy here.
