The staff at Arrow is so customer friendly, and they are always very helpful. The prices are very competitive with the big box store and I like the fact that I don’t have to drive to get most of what I need taking up 4 hours of my day. If you don’t see what you need just ask and if available they will get it for you. They also offer delivery and they delivery drivers are more than accommodating..
Price wise not as competitive. Service wise not very good with phone related things try to close a quote for about a week now with no success . Not sure if they are overly busy but they can only handle things in person but that makes another reliable for me in this time.nnThey're doing fairly well with delivery.nAll I can say in my experience and have done three different projects with themnWhen the overly busy the quality and performance goes down tremendously so just watch yourself make sure you're very organized and do things in person not over the phone

Everyone in this store is friendly and helpful!!! They had everything I needed!
Much better selection then it's predecessor Levee Lumber, which was the previous business at that location. However, being a newer business in the area, the employees are still green and still learning and therefore kind of slow and not yet very knowledgeable of available product and inventory.
