Candace helped me purchase my first home! She was just what a first time homebuyer might desire in a realtor--honest, helpful, and always responsive! Without her help, I know that I would have been lost, but she made the process simple and enjoyable! I found the perfect home for me, and know that it was her expertise that got me here. Beyond her help in the purchase of my home, she has also been great to check in to see how things are going post-purchase, and even sent me a gift during my first Christmas in the house! I cannot recommend the Tolliver Property Group more highly and I would definitely work with them again.

Candace and Anthony are amazing at their job! We were buying and selling at the same time and had many questions, concerns, and were very picky. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding with the entire process. We were able to close on both homes the same day! Candace and Anthony are great! From start to finish they were there every step of the way when we bought our home. They understood our wants and needs and made sure they were met. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process! I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a home! They are more than realtors they are friends!
