Clean great apartment the neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are located near everything and is within a 5 minute drive. Would recommend living here

Started my residency here with a one year lease, which turned into another 6 months recently. I like having the flexibility of short lease agreements in which the staff has been wonderful with. The management and maintenance teams are amazing. You can tell that the owners take pride in their homes and it shows. Well done.

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. The property is close to everything in Eastgate and is not too far of a drive from the highway.

Not a bad choice for the area. Haven't had any problems with management or the staff. The gentleman that usually comes for maintenance is very helpful and nice. Wish they had some more features, like a pool and playground, but overall a convenient location and no specific complaints.

Nice and clean community very well kept. Lots of shopping options and restaurants. Several parks are also near by. Neighbors aren't loud and everyone keeps to themselves. Overall a nice place.
