Very rude. Our offer keeps going to highest/best and then rejected. We've offered over asking while price keeps dropping. No response from realtor and very rude unprofessional service. Only can offer through website and can't speak to anyone. A big waste of my time and my realtors time. Back and forth for 2 weeks with rejections and no reasoning. Steer clear of Alegna and Christi Krieger!!!

I have made four phone calls to 2 different agents and nobody even calls you back. If you have the house listed in Augusta they clearly do not want to sell it.
