From the first call to the last person leaving, our experience with Servpro of Fairfield County was nothing but smooth. After our basement flooded I called Servpro in Carroll, Ohio. They were very professional and service oriented, letting me know the entire cleanup process and the associated costs. They answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns. I received a rapid quote and after a call to my insurance company I authorized them to do the work. The crew that came out to the house was equally professional and did a great job. They came back several times to adjust the equipment and test the basement for dampness. My basement was dried out in no time. All baseboard was labeled to make it easy for me to reinstall. The main office handled all the paperwork with the insurance company--quick and easy. All-in-all I was very pleased with the entire Servpro Team and process. I highly recommend them.
