This place was awesome. Debra and Danielle are amazing. Each client they saw while I was there received personal attention. Danielle listened to my input and gave me advice. She made great conversation and made me feel comfortable. These women welcomed me and made me feel like a million bucks. My hair is beautiful, and my confidence grew in leaps. I will not go anywhere else now. Great people and great prices.
Made an appointment one week out for a wash and style. Get to my appointment and the stylist, Debra, says that she made a mistake and can’t do my hair for another 4 hours. We agree to a lesser time and I sit and wait. Then when that time comes she says she is still not ready and it will be an additional 3 to 4 hours. So you’re telling me that you couldn’t pick up the phone and call me to tell me you couldn’t do my hair? Oh and when I ask for a number to call and complain Debra the hair stylist/manager gives me some bs excuse that there is no other number and threatens to call the police on me just because I want to file a formal complaint. I will work to ensure that this location has new personnel! Calling the ODH on Monday because I am sure the numbers located in their shop should be working numbers and they are not. I recommend you go somewhere else to get your hair done. Definitely not here. Oh yeah and I have pictures to prove everything!!!!
Had two appointments in a row canceled with no explanation on why or even an offer to reschedule. Very unprofessional.
