First I’d like to say the staff is very friendly and make you feel like family. I’ve been going to the salon for years and probably have had everyone work on me and they always do a great job. Troy is my favorite. He always does a fantastic job on my nails and feet. I’m a customer for life
I was hesitant about going to this nail salon because of the negative reviews, but I am so glad I decided to give them a chance. Nancy was amazing, friendly, personable, and professional. This was the first time I got SNS and I love it! My nails look amazing!! Will be going back!!
Me and my girl are new to ohio and decided to get our nails done at this place. The entire experience was rushed. Her toenail polish is cracked, they didnt get the calluses on her feet. She cut my toenail, my toenail is about to fall off. My girls nails are all differently shaped. When we said something the owner got very rude and stopped speaking in english too us. We payed $180 to have to pay another $180 somewhere else. Will not get my business again.
Sophanna is amazing with SNS. She takes her time and makes sure your nails are amazing.nKim always does my girls nails and she is very good to her.
