Update: The manager called and spoke to me about my experience. I thought that was extremely thoughtful. He insured me that next time I was in town, he would give me a pedicure to make up for the last one. I thought this was super thoughtful for a company to do. I give them 5 stars for making sure customers get the proper service they request! Not all companies follow up with customers about complaints. Very thoughtful!nnI came here while visiting from out of town. I paid over $60 for a gel pedicure to look like this. I sent some pictures to my normal nail stylist and she stated it appears the person doing the nails didn't let the polish dry prior to applying the gel. Very disappointed I paid to have my toes look like that. My normal stylist offered to fix them when I get back home for free. Please save your money before getting a pedicure.

Today(02-3-21) is a wonderful day today I am celebrating 25 years being married (2-3-96) to the same wonderful man and he is treating me to a wonderful ultimate deluxe pedicure and a fill-in for my nails. The master technician that I’m using is Cyndi she is phenomenal she goes above and beyond to always make sure I have the most relaxing peaceful beneficial experience.nnI am very grateful Ambiance hires someone like Cyndi someone who cares about the customer and goes above and beyond.nnthanks again Cyndi love Ally’s Mom

I don't want to give a one star review just because they have many techs and maybe some of them are good. I'm not sure. This was my FIRST time getting acrylics, and my first time being in a salon in over ten years. I was SO excited and the actual experience wasn't bad. I'm a nail newbie so I thought my nails looked great. However when I went to get a fill in, I went somewhere else that was closer to my job, and they informed me I had a lot of lifting, the shape filed was not even and the edges weren't even painted right. The acrylic itself was sloppy. Seeing the difference from my second set of nails was mind blowing. The new place I went to said they have fixed a lot of nails from this place.

I have gone to Ambiance Nail Salon for 3 years now & absolutely Love their work!!! Their staff are so friendly & helpful. Atmosphere is so inviting, relaxing & CLEAN. I Highly recommend coming here. I bring my friends and family with me.

Love it here! Pedircures here are amazing, it is a routine for me now. If you come I recommend Pauline or Gina when you come, tip well! They 100% deserve it. They are clean, and the over atmosphere is calming.
