Super friendly employees that don’t harass you and give you time to browse. I came in for a specific item and was able to be in and out in a timely manner. Will definitely return.
This doesn’t even deserve a star!!!nI just walked into one of your stores (Eastgate/Cincinnati, Ohio) step a few steps into the store and was told the first hour was ONLY for compromised people and elderly which I completely understand but the girl was absolutely rude and nasty talking to me and NEVER once asked if I was a compromised person (I have health issues along With asthma).nI WILL NEVER step into ultra beauty again you have lost a customer for life.
This location has the least helpful employees who are rude. They also won't even let you touch the testers because of covid. How are you supposed to color match yourself if you can't even pick up testers to compare them to your skin tone? Will be taking my business elsewhere.
They always are out of my perfume. I would have to settle for the smaller size. I love Ulta but their stock be so light.
Sady did an amazing job cutting my hair! She waz extremely friendly and very helpful! Will definitely be coming back for more haircuts by her!
