Came to replace a patch on an expensive vintage leather jacket. When I picked it up the patch on one side was overtly crooked. When I expressed concern..manager handed me a ruler and a pen and told me to fix it myself. No offer of refund, or to fix it. Also would not let me look at it before I paid. And expensive. DONT TRUST even with simple work.
Be careful going to this establishment. The owner is very deceptive with service delivery and very poor customer service. Promised pickup date and time often not met and beware of hidden prices. I have been going there for years but with recent experiences, I would not go there again. Save your money and go somewhere else.
