Elma Police Department

Very nosey people, parked near their building in an unlabeled spot for a minute trying to figure out something on my phone and immediately I saw somebody inside the building peeking at me through the blinds. Super weird.

Police came promptly when called and they seemed professional. Thank you for protecting our city.

The cops here are really hard to talk to. They don't listen to what I was saying. it's like they think there better then everyone else.

Found a backpack that appeared to be abandoned. Opened the bag up to find many used syringes. Called EPD to see if someone that is trained to deal with this could take it and get rid of it safely. I was told to just throw used needles into a garbage bin. Not a sharps container, just the garbage. Not okay. This is how people can get stabbed or worse.

Elma police, despite their limited staff and funds, have been consistently proactive and vigilante in the community. They respond promptly and are always professional.
