It was the worst. The ladies doing the subs would not listen to my requests and was extremely rude. Changing my pick up location.

Went to enjoy my favorite local Subway. The staff already was closed before the time on the door. Some people work until 7pm. Many places are closing before 8:00 now. Yet now I sit at Cafe Rio waiting with many others for food. They should have made my order. It was before 730.

WORST SUBWAY EVER! First: The staff was mean Second: The manager 'Kiara' Was telling me that I can't take my resipt! And Third: There was hair in my food. And they said no to fixing it. I want the manager FIRED!

Do not go to this subway. Go to the north one or hyrum. The lady was very rude when I picked up my online order. They didn’t do the special instructions and when I asked them to they said no. They also forgot cheese, which I found when I got home. The sandwich didn’t have anything I wanted except for the bread. They also don’t answer their phone.

That staff was terrible and the manager didn’t seem to care when I told her they gave me mayonnaise when I clearly asked for ranch. Never going there again. I miss the red headed manager, she always listened to my sometimes Wacky requests.
