3 Rivers Car Wash

Used their automated wash and everything went smoothly until it came to the door opening to let me out... it opened approximately 2ft and then stopped, I figured maybe it takes a second or by motion or something so I pull my car up and it does nothing... literally had to push the door up like a garage door to get out!!! It gets better... as soon as I do that I run back to my car the door starts closing again, I had to get out again and push the door up (against it trying to close this time) to get it to open...I ran to my car and threw it in drive and got out before it closed again... immediately pulled around to get their number by the bill acceptor to get quarters (meanwhile someone else is in the wash now) and called only to be told to leave a message and they would return my call... I sat to make sure the next person got out ok... the door finished opening for them eventually thank god but they told me that apparently t it’s been an issue there... seriously?! Close the automatic wash then until you KNOW it’s fixed!nn4 days later and no phone call back (and wasn’t even requesting a refund either...) EXTREMELY unsatisfied now that they can’t even call me back to atleast acknowledge what happened or let me know they are looking at it!

I always love going to this car wash does a very good job on my SUV I frequent it quite often although today it may have been a very busy day with a lot of people paying cash and the machine Head no money to give me change for a 20 I have reached out to them I have yet to hear anything but I'm sure it will be reconciled and I will continue going back as I do usually every two weeks

Half out of order! The high pressure hose takes a minute or two to actually start work, which equates to about a dollar of your money each time. It was really bad once, but I did promptly receive a refund by mail.

Good local place to wash trucks and other things.

Put a twenty dollar bill in the automatic wash, purchased a $12 was and received no change when it said dispensing. Have yet to hear back from the car wash five days later.
