I really needed my new toilet installed today. Bruce Perry was able to come promptly. It was a relief to have a reliable professional respond in such a timely manner. Once Bruce accessed my situation, he reset the toilet which had been installed incorrectly, then finished installing the toilet in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with Bruce’s skills, professionalism and kindness. I was also treated with kindness and professionalism as I made the appointment. I am also having Bruce install my bathroom sink. I look forward to that! Before Bruce left, He went over the specs with me to make sure he would be prepared my for my next installation. I am thrilled with the service I received today and highly recommend this Royal Class Service!

I had a terrible sulphur/rotten egg odor that intermittently shows up after showering in the master bath, and Friday was pretty bad. I sent an email to Royal Class late on Sunday evening, and by 8:30 am today, the company reached out to me to discuss the issue. They said they could send a technician in a couple of hours, which I happily accepted. Dylan arrived promptly to troubleshoot, and of course (as is always the case) there was no smell when he ran the shower. He took his time, though, checking the shower, the tub, and the hot water heater, as well as other faucets in the house. He explained everything well and gave me options, including an estimate on replacing the anode in my hot water heater (a likely culprit). He also said it could be because I don't use the tub in the master, and suggested that it could be gas in the p-trap that dried out from non-use. He suggested that I periodically turn the water on in the tub, as well as other faucets that don't get much use in the house, to see if that took care of the problem. I appreciate that he didn't try to push an expensive repair on me that might not be necessary. He took a water sample and it will at least be good to know what's in my water, particularly since I am considering installing a filtering system in the house. Dylan was thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and amicable, and while I hope that I won't need the services of Royal Class anytime again soon, I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs (and perhaps HVAC when my agreement with another company expires). Very satisfied with the company and the tech!

The furnace has had an intermittent issue for the last couple of years. Each tech that came out from a different service provider would tweak one thing and it would work well for a while and then the same problem would crop up again. I really needednfresh eyes. Bruce listened carefully to my description of the problem and took the time to start from square one. We believe he found the issue! It's the one that ticks all the boxes. He also adjusted the furnace to run more efficiently which should save on oil consumption . I signed up for a service contract on the spot.
