David and Jamie worked really hard to make sure we purchased the home of our dreams. They patiently showed us several houses until my wife found exactly what she wanted. During the purchasing process, they made sure we always knew our next steps. If you need to buy a home in the Aberdeen area, I highly recommend Windermere Real Estate/Aberdeen.

If I could get 0 stars I would. David represented the seller of a home with an encroachment issue that they failed to disclose. Interestingly enough David sold the neighboring house that is affected by this issue as well 3 years ago and we were shocked after talking to those neighbors that they were also unaware of this issue. After our realtor tried to resolve the encroachment issue the seller used a loophole to get out of the contract with us to sell the home to a cash offer they received AFTER getting into our contract with us. How convenient to sell a home quick that has title issues. If you are trying to sell a house with issues and do not care about later lawsuits than David is a great realtor for you. If you try to stay out of trouble or don't want get lied to about house issues STAY AWAY from this realtor. We were more than fair to work with seller and realtor to get the issue resolved but they didn't want to solve this issue but rather find someone they can rip off quickly. I have legal proof that they lied on the disclosure form about the encroachment. What a shady way to sell homes...

I had a small residential lot on Hoquiam that was inherited from my parents. No longer being a resident of the Aberdeen/Hoquiam area, I asked a friend, who buys and remodels low-income houses, for advice of who a good agent might be. He suggested JOY BEARD-EGGERT at Windermere. She was a great suggestion!nnReal Estate in this area does not move fast (unlike presently in South Puget Sound cities). Undeveloped land moves even less quickly. Joy's knowledge of the area, and even more so her network of potential buyers in the area, contributed to a faster sale than had a simple sign and MLS posting been placed on the lot. She fought for our price when it was being low-balled. In the end, I think we did get a fair price, considering the market we were in.nnThanks to Joy for that and her professional manner in making this happen
