This is no longer Arrow but Laundry Cafe. They are in the process of getting rid of the old broken machines and have done quite a bit in the few months they've owned the business. They will still be doing laundry while you wait or if dropped off as well as dry cleaning. They have a lot of plans

They returned someone else's suit coat with my suit pants. I did not notice it until later. Owner is never available to discuss making it right. I should take them to small claims court. I will never use them again.

I should have turned away at the smell of mildew and cat, but since this is the only dry cleaner on town I took a chance. $27 for them to wrinkle three pair of dress pants. The texture of the fabric didn't even feel the same. I have no idea what they did, but now I know why they insist upon pre-payment. Not only would I not have wanted to pay for the so called 'cleaning', but I'd be tempted to ask them to pay for a new pair of $70 pants!
