I have a bunch of pets so this place feels like my home away from home sometimes. Wide selection of products with great pricing and friendly, helpful staff.nIf you use their app for pickup orders, make sure you can produce the confirmation email with the list of items purchased. The app is glitchy and sometimes splits a single order into 2 or just doesn't show purchase details at all.

Ordered fencing online for pickup. Got the email saying everything was ready, so I headed over. When I got there, they had picked out fencing that was almost twice the cost, and they were actually out of the one that I ordered. No apologies or (real) attempt to make things right, given that I wasted time and gas getting there.nnIf you're there and you see what you need in front of you, great. But don't expect this store to have a handle on their inventory otherwise, or to care when they get it wrong.
