The people that work here are so nice, and prompt, and knowledgeable. They are so willing to work with you. I appreciate them all so much, I legit sent them with a cheesecake. I will definitely be using them again!!

I am an avid do it yourselfer and pennypincher. After getting frequent clogs in the basement drain, I decided to call Roto-Rooter out. They were very fast, nonintrusive, and took the time to listen to me and hear what I had to say. It didn't cost over $300 like I worried about and they and they warrantied the work for 30 days. The price they quoted was the price I paid. Pleased with their work.

I was charged $300 to clean a drain, DrainTech charged me $90 to clean the same drain AND it stayed clean for twice as long (it's a barrel drain which is prone to clog). When I called to schedule the appointment I asked for the drain to be replaced with a goose neck drain. Because the plumber arrived outside of window I was given I was not home and my husband coordinated with the plumber, so this is partially on my husband, but the plumber cleaned the drain when I made the appointment to have the drain replaced. I spent many phone calls trying to remedy the situation, I was offered a discount on the subsequent service of drain replacement (discount not equivalent to originally price to clean the drain). I had a different plumbing company (Thurgood plumbing, 5 stars) complete the job and they charged me HALF the price that Roto-Rooter quoted me (who knows what they would have actually charged!). The manager I talked to was apologetic. Summary: Significant over charge AND poor communication within the company. I waited a few months to write this review to see if I simmered down, but I still get angry thinking about it!

A+ service! I'm a returning customer for 30 years now & am always happy with the time it takes and the professionalism in which the job is done. Tallon & Aaron left NO mess and even taught me some tricks to help in the future. Absolutely feel confident when hiring these guys. Thanks again Guys!!

These folks are great - they came to my home after I asked for some preventative work, and they felt that I really didn’t need the work done at this time - so no charge. They explained why they didn’t think it was necessary, and suggested a much cheaper approach to ensure there wasn’t an issue. I really appreciate their honesty.
