Constantly turning off the water with no notice at all. I've lived here for the last three years. They have only notified once. It is not for an emergency either, considering it always lines up when they are putting in new trailers. I would reccomend any other trailer park other than this one. Rent is always going up and water is always being turned off unexpectedly. irritating especially when you are in the middle of a shower.

I own a trailer in Chestnut Hill Mobile Home Park in Rochester, NH. I haven't been more satisfied in any other place I've lived with the property management. They are eager to help if in a tough spot and they are very friendly and professional. Awesome place for young people starting out, great place for kids having a little yard and slow traffic. Neighbors have been very friendly and kind to me. Great place to have your mobile home.
