We bought our house in August of 2019, but were reminiscing about it the other day. Patrick Hourihane was the sellers agent, not ours. However, he worked extremely hard for us, too! We were having a tough time with TD bank trying to secure our loan in a timely manner and he took it upon himself to contact them time after time until they got their butts in gear! If it weren't for him we may not have gotten into our home and he wasn't even our agent. I can only assume how hard he (and I assume the rest of the team) would work for an actual client. I dont think I've had the chance to really show just how much we appreciated all he did, so thank you! Although we don't plan on going anywhere any time soon if we do need a realtor for any reason I will definitely start looking with this firm.

Great Realtor to do business with. Local owners who have lived in this area and been involved in this community for a very long time

The worst real estate firm I have ever dealt with, they are very shady do not get back to you in a timely manner, the realtor Sally who supposedly been in the business for over 30 years did not know much about VA or USDA loans which is absurd since they are well known loans, all she had to do is research a little instead of calling our realtor to ask nonsense questions. She has horrible customer and communication skills, she avoided calls would not return calls, emails or text messages. Don't use this firm, unless you want to know what it feels like to get screwed out of a home.
