I went there yesterday to order some food, and an employee was preparing a huge order with his mask below his chin leaving his face exposed. This went on from the time I was there until I left. As we are still in a PANDEMIC I would of hoped to see better precautions but I guess not here. I will not be going here again, and neither should any of you. I will be reporting this to the Rochester Board of Health.

Long wait

Just went through the drive through, sat there for over 5 minutes, we said hello a few times, no one answered. My daughter (new driver) was getting yelled at and beeped at by the cars behind us. We could clearly see 3 employees inside talking and even looked out the window at us. They finally took our order, which was $4.99, small order, however, my daughter handed them a $10 bill, they handed her the food, closed the window and walked away. My daughter was so upset she just drove off. They’ve always given us our change before handing the food to us. Not tonight. No receipt either so can’t even go back to get our change. (Plus my daughter was so upset from the several cars beeping and yelling at her to go back). I wish there was an option for no stars...

I go here so.ewhat often. Sometimes an item is wrong or forgotten, but for the most part it's all good. Never had issues with any of the food and being vegan and substituting things I can say I have often worried it may be mixed up but has always come out correct.

It's Taco Bell. Just like every other Taco Bell location you receive acceptable food. I always use the app to order because it's much easier to customize. I usually get a crunchwrap customized with chicken instead of beef, and avacado ranch sauce instead of nacho sauce and add the 3 cheese blend but this time I got the crunchwrap with beef instead of chicken, modified the same way as usual other than that. They made it correctly and it was delicious. The soft tacos I ordered were sloppier than usual but still tasted fine.
