Orginally I had problems with Lilac Car Wash. I went through the car wash and my car was far from clean. I paid for a $13.00 car wash.nI called the car wash and let them know what happened. They not only refunded my $13.00 They gave me $40.00 to rectify the situation. I just went through the car wash again and my car is very clean.nnExcellent customer service
The first time I visited them this last winter (2019 into 2020) it was great, would swing by on warmer days to clean the salt and dirt off the truck. As the weather got nicer I noticed that the water almost always leaves a black residue behind.. It almost looks like semi dirty water. Good for a fast and easy wash if you aren't looking for perfection.
Hardly could tell we got a car wash, wasted $13! Dried soap on spare tire, one side had a lot of eww on it when we came out.
Not bad. Never quite rinses enough. Usually go thru the self serve after a wash to rinse more.
No one is perfect.....nice job on the company car....vaccums need to have more time for the $1.50
