Nice, safe atmosphere. Unneccesory rules and uninforced rule of picking up dog poop. There is bags provided to pick up dog fecal matter, but this is ignored and there is still dog poop. As well as innocent cats not being allowed outside. I believe this is cruel to a cats mental stimulation, as long as a cat is not racing up and bothering people... they should be allowed outside. As well as rule that cats must be on a leash, this is wrong because cats aren't naturally evolved to be on leashes. This rule alone about cats gives a three star review. As well as the disgusting sight of dog fecal matter and nobody to enforce it being picked up.
