Central Park Villas

I am headed into my sophomore year of college, which means I haven't done this a long time, so I don't have much to compare it to, BUT it also means I have so many questions almost all the time. Kar is absolutely amazing. She answers my questions patiently and in a way that makes me feel taken care of and truly cared for. Whenever I go and have a question, we often talk for 15-20 minutes! Kar works so hard and goes above and beyond what I could imagine or hope for in an apartment manager. Kar makes living at the CPV more than just an apartment complex, but a community. I would recommend CPV to anyone and everyone looking for a place to live! You would be lucky to have Kar as your apartment manager.

This place has been so great to live the past year and starting on the second year. I moved from out of state and stay here for college and they make it a place that feels like home. It's so nice to have somewhere to live where you can feel safe and comfortable.

I absolutely adore the office manager Kar.. She is incredibly good at her job from the second we walked onto the property she made us feel like we were already at home.. Her passion for the job definitely shows in the way she treated us.. She's professional and fun 10-10 from us and besides the amazing help she was the apartments are beautiful too!

We have lived here 2 1/2 years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance supervisor is very proficient in his response to any issues we have in our home. The parking lot is very well lite at night to make us feel safe and secure. We enjoy all the fun activities that they provide for us during the year. The 24 hour fitness gym makes it easy to work out when ever we need. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live, to call the office for a tour

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I have absolutely LOVED IT! Everyone here is so kind, the manager always responds quickly, they have great amenities, and the apartments themselves are so nice. I strongly recommend living here!
