Our experience with Cathy was nothing short of exceptional. This was our first time selling a home and she clearly and succinctly walked us through the process and performed a thorough market analysis. Our home ended up selling within a few days at list price and she took some fantastic photos and wrote a perfect description to generate lots of interest. During the home inspection, a few things came up and Cathy even offered to come to our house to fix some cracked stucco if it would be helpful. Later on, there was an issue with the net proceed amounts and Cathy went above and beyond to make it right. She was fantastic throughout the entire process and we will be referring everyone we know in the Moses Lake area to her for buying or selling a home. You can't go wrong choosing Cathy for your real estate needs!

Cathy Strickland is amazing!!! She worked so hard for us and went above and beyond in every way, including keeping an eye on our children while the movers were unloading our moving van. I had a mediocre experience earlier with one of the real estate agents. This isn’t a review for the company holistically, as I am sure the other members are all great people, and I’m sure the agency itself is great. I’m just displeased with how the lady I spoke to regarding a HUD home appeared disinterested with my questions, appeared to be condescending (might be age bias), and also had no clue on how to answer my questions. She did answer some of them but was very vague, and all the other answers she gave me were condescending. I’m rarely a harsh pundit, unless I become disgruntled with the services; This lady did just that.
