Carol Cruz was very rude and difficult to work with. She seems unmotivated and slow to take action. She was dishonest or ignorant of a rule that Fannie Mae has and cost me thousands of dollars.

My family is Moving into the Moses lake area and looking for a property and possible real estate agent. I called sunset real estate to inquire about a listing online and the woman that answered the phone was very rude and extremely short on the phone. I will be choosing another company to say the least. You would think that if someone is calling they should be treated as a prospective customer and try to assist them rather than turn them away. I would not recommend this company if your looking for any type of cooperation or customer service in trying to find a home.

Worst experience with a realtor in my entire life. My house had an offer. People backed out last 2 weeks before closing and my agent Carol Cruz informed me I wouldn't be receiving the earnest money due to the disclosure forms not being signed. HER JOB. Stay away from this place . Completley unprofessional and the pictures taken were horrible and description was something my 10 year old could have done.

Beware of this real estate office. They tried to break our offer on a home and did not keep the seller fully informed of the time line. Ending up having to pay thousands extra to close the deal.
