Wont even let you see the place before paying a $50 application fee. Came across as rude and uncaring over the phone, not to mention the soulless way they respond to negative feedback and reviews. I thought I would give them a chance despite the bad reviews because there are also good reviews, but heed my warning: the bad reviews are the truth. The good reviews are not reflective of this company.

Have used Portfolio Real Estate on 5 different occasions. Every time they have been professional and clear about every aspect of the transactions. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and getting exactly what I wanted. I will definitely use this company for all my real estate needs in Grant county.

Will only show rental houses with app processed and credit checked with no refund. If a house doesn’t work out from just seeing the pictures you’re screwed. That’s a lot of money to be gambling with off of just pics and they will not work with you on this process at all. Do not feel comfortable giving money to this company if they are already super stingy with just looking at a house with them.

Asks a arm and a leg if u want them to even show you a house and for some reason requires credit to rent not sure when that became a thing but they also monopolize the market so you have to rent from them. Poor company with no trust in their customers.

This company is super friendly, helpful, and professional. They work to make sure they place good tenants for the owners. Reviews like the one from Kareli are simply from people who don’t read all the terms of their lease such as utilities have to be in your name before moving in and all payments must be made at the time of signing your lease. I’ve signed a lease with other company’s and they require THE EXACT SAME THING.nThank you Joanne for always being helpful and professional.
