I can't say enough good things about Linda Black, who represented my interests when I purchased a lovely home in Dune Lakes Development. She took so much care to curb my exuberance when it was against my interests, as I was occasionally overly enthusiastic about my purchase. At the same time, she took extraordinary care to answer all my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. If she doesn't know something, she knows someone in Moses Lake who will have the answer. Kudos to you, Linda Black! You are the best!

We used K-2 Realty to try and purchase a home just to be let down. We put lower offers on other houses and then when we found one that we were really interested in enough to pay full price, our real estate agent (Melanie) let us down. She procrastinated putting in the offer and then came back to us stating that the house was already pending contract, which was a boldface lie. We called up the real estate company and the house was still accepting offers. I would not recommend this company for any of your needs whether you are renting from them or trying to purchase a house. They are not there to support your needs.

Dont understand why they relate your credit with your rental?!?!?!..

Kevin was a dream to work with! I contacted him before moving to the area and he had a handful of properties in mind that was exactly what my family was looking for. After touring some we moved forward and Kevin did his thing. He constantly kept us up to date and was super quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you Kevin for helping us find the perfect home for us! I wouldn't recommend anyone else to help you with the buying process!
