Arby's

It was good if you are into this type of food. It was fast... My sandwich wasn't warm all the way thru. Always interesting to bite into something piping hot on the outside and cool on the inside - not my fav!

As a person who needs to travel, it is most welcome to find a business that has inside dining and takeout. I mostly travel while towing some form of trailer so drive through is not an option. Thank you for being willing to have your dining room open.

So as far as quality of food goes, the meal was pretty uninspiring but good enough. It was a battle getting the order placed and even after repeating it back to me I ended up paying for another sandwich i did not order. And one of the meals was missing a small, but important part (the Au Jus). When we went to rectify the situation we were met with an apathetic apology and that was that. If you want Arby's try the other one in town. I've had much better experiences there.

Not only did they get our meals and drinks wrong. They gave us a business card and receipt instead of our debit card and receipt. It’s three hours to get there from home. Obviously we needed the card on our way home for fuel. Thanks a lot Moses lake Arby’s staff. You screwed us!!!!!!

EXCELLENT drive thru service - and as always at any Arby's I've been to the food was great!
