I had a fantastic week (Sept 21-28) at this cottage. Steps away from the lake, with a great dock to lounge on. The cottage is adorable and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. There's an aluminum rowboat I used often, and rowed to a nearby tiny island to tie up to and enjoy a picnic lunch. Nice walking on dirt roads and the Castle in the Clouds is a short drive away for hiking, horseback riding, and touring the castle, with amazing views. The Pine Cone Cafe is nearby as well and is a wonderful place to enjoy dinner.nThe only bad part is that I had to leave!

Lake Winnepesaukee - Beach Access - 476 What an amazing home! We were a family of 4 generations who enjoyed this property for a celebration of living life. There was great gathering space for everyone but you could easily sneak off to find a quiet space. We have rented quite a few vacation homes and this one takes the cake. It was very clean and well equipped. The beds and showers were amazing! The association beach was beautiful and although we were there during the Memorial Day weekend, we had the spot nearly to ourselves. It was such a pleasure to deal with the staff at Natural Retreats. All of them were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We plan on returning soon to this beautiful home on this beautiful, peaceful island soon!

We have rented out our Lake Winnipesaukee home through Preferred Rental Vacations (PVR) by Natural Retreats for the past five years. They have provided excellent promotion and support, and we sold out the high season each and every year. The renters through PVR all treated the home like it was their own, and over five years we hardly had any maintenance issues. I highly recommend Adrien, Chrissy, and the entire PVR team to anyone in the Lakes Region interested in renting out their vacation home.

My family and I stayed at 216 - Lake Kanasatka for 2 weeks and it was probably the most beautiful relaxing vacation we've ever had. There's so much to do nearby, but you're surrounded by nature and tranquility. The front porch is up in the trees. And there was a hummingbird nest probably 5 feet from the railing with 3 babies in it.nnThe kids loved feeding the trout in the trout pond in the front yard. We spent a few days canoeing around Lake Kanasatka and swimming at the private beach. There's great hiking within walking distance at Red Hill. When it was rainy or we just didn't feel like going out we played ping pong downstairs, did puzzles in the living room or just sat on the porch watching the wildlife. It was absolutely incredible.nnChrissy was terrific. She was available to answer questions and give suggestions whenever we called. The neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood is woodsy.nnWe can't recommend the house and preferred rentals enough. We will definitely be back.nnThank you!nnThe Connollys.nnThank you.
