Randy was so great to work with in selling my home. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and a tireless worker. He streamlined the entire process. He worked very hard to make sure I got the best value out of my home. Randy even took time to meet with me after hours. I would highly recommend Randy Bauer for all of your real estate needs.

While I owned a building in McCook, NE, I do not live there. When I decided to sell it, I was apprehensive about the fact that I wouldn't be on the scene to resolve an issues that arose. On a recommendation, I retained Randy Bauer as my realtor. What a good choice THAT was. As to the various repair items, Randy kept in regular contact with the contractors and got them completed. He took care of details and kept me informed. He found me a buyer that accomplished my objectives, and I believe that he did a nice job of negotiating. I am not the easiest person with whom to work, but Randy was consistently patient and thoughtful. Without hesitation, I recommend him.
