Have had them out to check out my heat and air the technician was very helpful and explained everything very well. They replaced my sewer line in a very fast and timely manner with very little disruption with our house hold. Thanks very much for all your hard work!!!!!

Asked Wilber plumbing to repair a furnace in a rental- they made 2 service calls and said the furnace was junk- charged me $300 to do nothing....Wanted $2500 to put in a new furnace- that I could have bought online for $850. I took the furnace apart myself and found 2 burned wires- replaced them and the furnace works fine(cost me less than $5)nWhen I disputed the charge they would not negotiate and sent me straight to a collection agency who filed a judgement in county court-nThis company is dishonest- I was cheated - they’re technicians are incompetent and their charges are unjust

Bad service. Being charged to come over and check out a pipe. They did not fix the problem but you will get charged for it anyway. A bill was $90 just to come out. Owner was unprofessional and had lack of communication between her service guys. Would not recommend to anyone
